Description

This Timber Greenhouse perfectly blends the use of traditional materials such as wood with modern features such as safe glazing which ensures this contemporary building blends perfectly into any garden space.

The price includes numerous extras as standard such as lockable double width door, damp seal, staging down one side, automatic roof vents and installation ready for use. Each greenhouse comes with turned apex finials to add to that timeless, classic look. Constructed in the UK from thermally modified Redwood Pine which is used extensively in Scandanavia because it is a much more stable product than ordinary kiln dried pine. The process involves baking the wood at a high temperature in a sealed oven from which the air is excluded. The result is a timber which has improved qualities and high durability with almost no warping, shrinking or swelling. Another advantage is an excellent finish which needs no preservative treatment other than to retain the colour, which is very similar to the appearance of Cedar. The colour can be maintained by occasionally applying a coat of standard timber treatment but this is optional. Left untreated the wood will age to a lovely grey colour, as seen in modern sustainable architecture. If you prefer a painted finish the super smooth surface makes painting so much easier (similar to painting metal). Voted Best in Class at the GLEE Trade Show

These lovely greenhouses are a joy to own and you will be delighted with the quality and workmanship which is far superior to the mass production models offered by the big DIY stores. The frame is guaranteed for ten years, the door furniture, automatic window openers etc are guaranteed for one year.  Click Customer Reviews for latest comments from verified purchasers. Price includes Vat and Installation to most UK postcodes up to 12 miles north of Glasgow, other areas will need an individual quote. At the Checkout you can opt to pay just 20% deposit and leave the balance until the building is ready for delivery and you have an installation date

Delivery lead time and Installation:
All buildings are built to order and supplied within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. You will be emailed a base plan within one week of placing an order, if this does not arrive please contact us so we can chase this for you. We recommend preparing your base as soon as possible in case your greenhouse is ready before the expected delivery date. The base must be flat and level, and at least as big as the buildings' footprint (a perimeter base is also acceptable for gardeners who wish to plant in the border soil). A good base can be made using paving flags or concrete at least 10cm deep. The manufacturer will contact you shortly before delivery to make sure the base is ready and to arrange a suitable day for installation. The installation team take approximately 2 to 3 hours to build your greenhouse ready for use and all customers so far have been highly delighted with their purchase but every building includes a 10 year frame guarantee while door furniture, window openers etc are guaranteed 12 months
