Most are suitable for use indoors or outside, although the plug for the pump needs to be sited indoors, or connected to an outside power source installed by a qualified electrician. We always recommend the use of an RCD device which are now available for no more than £10 and simply plug into an existing indoor socket.

The reservoir/sump which collects the water and houses the pump can be hidden in the ground and covered with cobbles or rocks, or, if it has to be visible we offer a range of stainless steel tanks which match the water features.
