Super Strong Reservoir 1375

Really strong water reservoirs designed for holding heavy water features due to the integral supports. The 1375 has a square lid. It is recommended that these reservoir are sunk into the ground. The seperate lid has a direct pump access lid so that the water feature does not have to be dismantled to get at the pump for servicing. The lid is strong enough to be covered in cobbles, slate etc. to hide the reservoir once the feature is in place. Made from 100% recycled plastic

Which to choose?

The width of the reservoir is important because if water is splashing out of the catchment area the feature will run dry quite often. This could damage the pump, plus there is the added incovenience of having to fill it up all the time. Basically if you are siting your feature indoors choose option 1 or 2 below, if it is outside choose from options 1, 2 or 3

1. If you are happy with a steady trickle from your water feature a small reservoir is fine
2. If you want it faster flowing go for a larger reservoir (they are available up to 1800mm diam (6ft.)
3. If you want a gushing water feature spread a piece of pond liner, say 2m x 2m, over the reservoir, cut a hole in the middle over the reservoir, and provided the ground is sloping inwards you'll have a really big catchment feeding the water back into the reservoir!

Tip: always wash down the feature & any cobbles etc. to be used before assembling on the reservoir - this will keep the water clean from the start & the pump will run without needing cleaning for a lot longer
