These tough waterfalls are the closest thing you will see to a waterfall made from natural rock! Made from reinforced GRP, they are very heavy but the overall effect is to provide a more substantial, realistic water feature. Many customers at our nursery store decide to purchase after touching these features, commenting that they look and feel like the real thing!
These waterfalls are easy to set up in about an hour with the aid of a spirit level. Most can be interchanged to make the exact shape & length of feature you require. We have put together a few popular combinations but you can make up your own waterfall
Featured waterfall
This is our best selling slate waterfall because it looks so spectacular. A three tier cascade with the lower piece shaped like an overhanging rock. Included in the price is an inlet rock (takes 1" hose) at the top of waterfall from which the water pours, so you don't even have to hide a hose. Length 170cm Width 100cm Height 50cm. If you don't want to use them with a pond, they can be used without a pond to enhance a rockery or slope in your garden. In place of an existing pond you will need some sort of reservoir at the base of the waterfall to catch the water. The pump sits in the reservoir, recycling the water to the top of the feature
(The reservoirs we recommend are called Victoria Ponds and are available in three sizes, 60 litre, 90 litre & 275 litre), for a low cost alternative you can use a 3m x 2m piece of pond liner to act as the reservoir - available from the Water Feature Accessories section)
The reservoir can be almost hidden by plants & rocks so the water looks like it disappears into a hole in the ground, or it can be left more visible as a mini pond at the base of the waterfall, and planted with aquatic plants. If you have young children heavy duty galvanised grids are available to cover the reservoir (see Water Feature Accessories)
Suggested Basic KitThe basic kit we supply (if you do not wish to use with an existing pond) includes a 60 ltr Victoria Pond, Elimax 4000 lph pump with 5 year guarantee, supplied with 10 metre cable, plus all necessary connections & hose. (If you want to select your own kit, for example with a bigger pond, or a grid to cover it just add the waterfall to your cart here, then add the grid and pond from the Water Feature Accessories section, we'll throw in the hose you need for free!)
Optional extra's: we recommend using a plug in RCD device which will cut off the electricity should any fault occur
