A thermostat for controlling the soil warming cable (not supplied). Used together you can build your own propogation unit for germinating seeds and striking cuttings in early spring, when the ambient temperature is a little too low to encourage growth. This adjustable and sensitive thermostat can be used in conjuction with the soil warming cable can be used to create 'bottom heat' in a frame, greenhouse or home made propagator.
