Schonemann is an early season raspberry producing fine flavoured, medium size, dark red fruits, ripening in June. Cut back the old canes after fruiting. Plant 40cm apart in rows. Raspberries are easy to grow and only need staking in very windy areas. They prefer full sun and neutral to acid soils.
