Pieris japonica Forest Flame is a fantastic evergreen with bright red or pink shoots whenever new foliage is produced. It also has pretty white bells in spring. Good in pots, attractive in all four seasons. Likes acid soil or grow in pots of ericaceous compost. Shade or part shade. Pieris Forest Fire can be pruned lightly to keep it bushy.
