Helleborus lividus is a pretty little hellebore with silver veined foliage, reddish stems and pink suffused flowers. Grows best in humus rich soil & part shade, but can also be planted in winter pots. Borderline hardiness so in cold parts of the country grow in pots so they can be given some winter protection in an unheated greenhouse or similar. Ht to 25cm. Helleborus lividus is harmful if eaten and skin irritant to some people
