• Banana Sweet - glossy, pale yellow fruits that ripen through orange to red. Fruits grow to approximately 20cm in length. Thick walled and ideal in stir fries and salads (approx. 30 seeds)
• Corno Di Torro Rosso - long tapering lobed fruits up to 25cm long that ripen green to red on large plants. Has a mild flavour and thin walls. Great for eating raw and in salads (approx. 25 seeds)
• Fresno Chilli (medium hot) - conical chillis which ripen from green to red, can be picked at any stage. Thick skinned and grows to about 7cm. Perfect in rice and salsas (approx. 25 seeds)
• Jalapeno (medium hot) - short bullet shaped chillis which ripen from green to red. Smooth, thick walled 7cm fruits. Superb in all spicy dishes such as chillies and curries. (approx. 30 seeds)
• Purple Beauty - a sweet green pepper which ripens to very dark purple. Blocky shape approx. 10cm long with thick walls. Has a mild sweet flavour and the colour adds variety to salads (approx. 25 seeds)
