These Orange Tree are the variety called Washington Navel. The benefits of Washington Navel is that they are very vigorous and one of the easiest of oranges to grow. The fruit is very large, seedless, excellent quality with plenty of juice. Harvest time is generally after November but the fruit will last on the tree for weeks. 

They are grafted plants and make good pot specimens. In addition to the fruit, the flowers have a wonderful perfume so they will fill a conservatory or greenhouse with fragrance. They needs full sun & well drained soil. Use citrus feed all year (summer food March to September, October to February, can be ordered at the same time to save extra P&P charge, please note feed brand may differ from the photo). Washington Navel Orange Trees can be stood outside except in the coldest winter nights. Comes with free care sheet. If you are giving this item as a present we can include a printed message for you, and will do our best to deliver on a specific day (Mon-Fri) if requested. 

Supplied as a FARMER's tree, this means they have a long straight stem and have not been trained into the final shaped tree as yet. Excellent value as you can make the trunk as long or as short as you want; they will make good tall standards or bushes, whichever you prefer. Pot size of 17cm, overall height of approx. 1.2m including pot, spread approx 20 cm. No fruit at present
