Onion Red Baron is an early, deep red skinned globe to semi-globe shaped onion with superb flavour. Stores well in cool, dry conditions. A super addition to salads and hot vegetable dishes. Try stir fried in sesame oil with peppers, mange tout and corn for colour and flavour. Harvest August to September
