Dwarf Cavendish is an excellent dwarf banana with a thick trunk and chunky appearance. Dwarf Cavendish will produces small edible fruits while still fairly young. The fruits of this popular banana plant tastes like banana ice cream. Excellent for growing in a conservatory because it grows slowly to about 1.5m. Also suitable for the patio in summer but minimum temp of 5C means it must be kept inside during winter
