Mahonia Winter Sun is a deservedly popular evergreen shrub with excellent glossy, dark green foliage. Although most of the leaves stay a dark green colour one or two leaves turn red to make this an eye-catching addition to the winter garden. Mahonia Winter Sun has long lasting, slightly fragrant yellow flowers in winter & spring. Grows easily in shade or part shade & moist soils. Height to 1.5 m in 10 yrs but can be kept smaller by light pruning
