Magnolia soulangeana Susan has large dark pink, goblet shaped flowers in spring before the leaves appear. They make excellent specimen plants but they need plenty of space as eventually they become a small tree. Magnolia soulangeana Susan will grow in sun or part shade and is fully hardy but they do best in a sheltered spot. Ht to 1.5m (6ft) in 10 years. No pruning required
These are only young plants, not flowering size for a year or two. They are potted in 2 litre pots, main stem about 25 - 35cm excluding pot, no branches as yet. Shipped within 3 days
