Juniperus squamata Blue Carpet is a slow growing ground hugging conifer with bright blue foliage which is more intense in winter. Very useful near the front of a conifer garden or adjacent to rocks where the foliage will cascade like a waterfall. Sun or part shade, any soil except waterlogged. After 10 years 'Blue Carpet' will only be about 25cm high with a spread of 1.5m
