Hibiscus 'Oiseau Bleu' (Blue Bird) is one of the hardy hibiscus, but like all hibsicus it has large, exotic, trumpet shaped, rich blue flowers. Likes full sun & humus rich, moist but well drained soil. Prune lightly in autumn or spring
