Muscat of Alexandra is a fine flavoured, green grape which ripens well in an unheated greenhouse or conservatory in September. One of the best green, muscat flavoured varieties which is dual purpose and can be used for the table or for wine making. Most suitable for growing under glass but would also succeed in warmer parts of the country given a sunny site and grown against a south or west facing wall. Grapes are self fertile and will produce a crop without a pollinator
Supplied in a 3 litre deep pot, well grafted plants with a main stem as thick as a pencil. Height approx. 70-90 cm. Usually shipped within 3 days
