Italia is an Italian Muscat variety mainly used in Italy for wine making but it also makes an excellente table grape which produces large, almost perfectly round grapes. If you can leave them on the vine until golden yellow they have a wonderful fragrance and beautiful, sweet but complex flavour, like comparing a Cox Apple the less flavoursome varieties. It will grow indoors or outside but if grown outside it needs well drained soil, a sun trap, and not subject to cold winds. Some disease resistance to downy and powdery mildew and boytrytis.
