If you opt for installation the manufacturer or The Plant Directory Customer Services will contact you within 2 - 3 weeks to arrange a suitable date for delivery and installation. Installation can take up to six weeks at the busiest times of year.

The manufacturer will contact you approximately one week before delivery to check the order details and to confirm the base has been prepared. The customer needs to prepare a firm, level base before the fitters arrive - please read the notes on 'Base Preparation' and 'Aftercare'
