Like all timber workshops and sheds the Markham Workshop is manufactured and supplied using the highest quality softwood timber selected from sustainable sources wherever possible. Available in eleven sizes, 8' x 6', 10' x 6', 12' x 6', 8' x 8', 10' x 8', 12' x 8', 16' x 8', 10' x 10', 12' x 10', 16' x 10', 20' x 10'.
This Markham Workshop is made by a well established British manufacturer with a reputation for offering excellent quality, value for money and first class customer service. The timber originates from well managed, sustainable forests and is pre-treated with a factory applied preservative base coat
Price includes Vat and kerbside delivery to most UK postcodes (*see map below for the free delivery area), in 5 - 6 weeks. We will email you prior to the item being despatched. This item is supplied Flat Packed for Home Assembly or we offer a very cost effective Installation Service in most UK postcodes, where this item can be built for you by experienced fitters, ready for use. If you opt for installation the manufacturer or The Plant Directory Customer Services will contact you within 2 - 3 weeks to arrange a suitable date for delivery and installation. Installation can take up to six weeks at the busiest times of year.

Installation Service
If you opt for this service we will provide a provisional date for the installation of your building within 5 days of us receiving your order. The manufacturer will contact you approximately one week before delivery to check the order details and to confirm the base has been prepared. The customer needs to prepare a firm, level base before the fitters arrive (please read the notes below on 'Base Preparation' and 'Aftercare' before placing an order)
