Garden Buildings

All the garden buildings we offer are produced by established British manufacturers producing an extensive range of contemporary and traditional designs which provide attractive and functional rooms, suitable for either storage or entertaining

All our garden buildings are produced to the highest standards using quality materials from sustainable and well managed forests. However as timber is a natural product it is capable of retaining moisture which means that during dry spells the timber can shrink and cracks may appear. This is a perfectly normal process and should be regarded as part of the 'life cycle' of a natural product


Wood Treatment
All buildings are supplied with a factory applied base coat of environmentally friendly preservative. It is essential to apply a further coat as soon as the building is assembled, and further coats as an when required. 


Assembly
The garden buildings which are available in the Yorkshire & Lancashire areas are assembled on site by experienced fitters at no extra cost. This service is included in the price, although it is essential that the customer provides a firm, level base (see Base Prepartion notes for each product)

If you intend to purchase a building in excess of 30m2 planning permission may be needed prior to construction therefore please consult your local authority


Delivery
All buildings are delivered free and supplied flat packed to the Yorkshire & Lancashire areas. The garden buildings which are available in the Yorkshire & Lancashire areas are assembled on site by experienced fitters at no extra cost. This service is included in the price, although it is essential that the customer provides a firm, level base (see Base Prepartion notes for each product) 


Guarantee
All buildings are guaranteed for 1 year, although normal warping or cracking of the timber due to environmental conditions, and wrinkling of the roofing felt, are not considered as faults


Specification
The manufacturers reserve the right to alter the specifications provided. All sizes quoted are approximates and refer to the external dimensions of the buildings. Some product images may feature accessories which are not available for purchase. Also the contents of the buildings are not included with the product. Furthermore all buildings are supplied with bituminous roofing felt as standard
