Increasingly popular due to it's stunning range of coloured leaves, size and ease of care. Phormiums epitomise modern garden style. Simple, elegant, striking - and so versatile in pots and mixed borders. They are frost hardy and don't need any protection, but they do like a sunny spot and well drained compost or soil. Phormium Cream Delight has bold stripes, a central creamy yellow band with broad green edging, very eye catching on any patio. Try it in a tall, green or blue glazed pot for maximum effect. Does't grow too big, about 1m in 5 years.
