Despatch Times

Next Day delivery

We use a Next Day Courier Service (Business Post & TNT) and First Class Post for smaller items. Stock items are normally despatched the same day if your order arrives by 12 noon (Mon-Fri). At busy times there may be a short delay but no longer than 3 days. If you need an item urgently please call us and we will try and give your order priority

Items sent direct to you from one of our partner suppliers take approximately 2 - 4 days from receipt of your order.

Garden Buildings

Garden Buildings have a lead time of approx 2 - 3 weeks although we will provide a date for delivery within 2 - 3 days

Pallet Delivery

Large items are delivered on a pallet by a specialist delivery service and your premises must be accessible to their delivery vehicle. They will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day, they may be able to indicate whether it will be a morning or afternoon but can't offer a specific time.  Someone needs to be present to sign for the goods and assist the driver as he will need to know where he can leave the pallet. The driver will use a pallet truck to deliver the pallet only as far as your drive or front path, should it be wide enough (please inform us if this will not be possible). Once the pallet is on your property you will have to arrange to unload the pallet yourself, unfortunately the delivery driver is not allowed to assist. For heavy items please get help to unload the pallet
